About this site...

        Why would a man who labeled the Internet "the most overrated product of the 20th century" and constantly mocks "netnerds" in his columns put up a web site?  Fair question.  The answer is, he didn't.

        Despite what "Stately Wayne Manor's Site To Worship Me" implies, this is  about Stately but not by him.  Consider the site title a bit of poetic license, if you will.

        Stately once wrote, "I don't believe in organized religion.  People should have the right to worship me any way they please."  We are simply providing another medium.  As a super-special mega-treat, we were fortunate enough to convince Monsieur Manor to personally write selected material exclusively for SWMSWM, such as the Manorfesto and About The Columns entries.

        To be webmasters of the only authorized full-scale SWM site is indeed an honor and a privilege for which we will be forever indebted to Stately.  We know that to be true.  Stately told us so himself.
